east coast porch ale

An abundance of Belgian Pilsner malt and a delicate use of hops deliver an ale reminiscent of an old school lager. With unmistakable malt characteristic and a clean, crisp finish this is an easy drinking beer for anyone looking to test the craft beer waters.

Pah'le Ah'le
way west coast style pale ale

The only way to say “pale ale,” our west coast-style ale (pronounced PA-LAY AH-LAY) offers a smooth hint of citrus and pine. Brewed and dry-hopped with Columbus and Cascade hops this refreshing ale is exactly what you’d expect from a beer inspired by the Wild West. Giddy Up and Mahalo!

Acer Nook
florida wheat

Named after a once popular motel near the outskirts of Lakeland, our refreshing rendition of a Hefeweizen is brewed with orange blossom honey and tangerine then dry-hopped with Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans. It’s mellow, sunny, and delightfully refreshing. Like an impromptu Florida vacation in a glass.

Damn it, Janet!
red rye

Not your ordinary rye. Cascade and German Magnum hops impart a delicate spice skillfully balanced by a dose of Centennial. Named after our rebel sister, Janet, with a nod towards Rocky Horror this rye leaves a lasting and satisfying impression that defies explanation and inspires exclamation. Just asking for it will bring a smile to your face!

80Acres Abraham
india pale ale

East meets west in this floral, fruity, citrusy bundle of drinkable joy. A muted bitterness to the finish is unmistakably IPA, but the delicate manner in which it is delivered makes this hoppy ale the farthest thing from a palate wrecker. Named after the founder of Lakeland this is for all the hop afficianados and visionaries frustrated by beers that lack respect for their taste buds.

One-Eyed Revenge
mocha stout

Marris Otter balanced with equal parts German Munich, British Carastan, and British Pale Chocolate malt with just a touch of roasted barley join forces with Black Onyx cocoa and Panamanian coffee to create a stout like no other. Satisfying the distinguished palates of local stout lovers (of which there are many in Lakeland) this is our nod to Blinky, the one-eyed alligator who made Lake Mirror his home until he met his mysterious, untimely demise disappearing in the dark of night without complaint or objection; the same way this delectable dark one is bound to disappear from your glass.
